Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications to also identify areas for automation
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as  UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure they are performing accurately and meeting the desired outcomes
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustments
  • Document processes and maintain technical specifications for RPA solutions
  • Provide guidance on RPA best practices and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends to continuously improve the automation process and offer respective trainings
  • Take a lead role in designing and developing RPA solutions for clients using cutting-edge technology and best practices
  • Work closely with project teams to implement RPA solutions
  • (Ensure that all RPA solutions are delivered within project timelines and meet our quality standards)

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in professional software automation 
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions
  • Possess strong SQL knowledge and ability to write complex queries to analyze business requirements
  • Proficiency in integrating UIPath with external applications like databases and APIs
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies in automation projects
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate in automation solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other automation tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • You know your way around modern ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
  • You are familiar with machine learning architectures (including Transformers and other modern models) and have experience scaling them
  • You have already worked with Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP
